For Chilled Water and direct expansion
Coils are available in 9. 53 mm O.D (3/8"). 12. 7 MM O . D. (1/2 " ) and 15 . 88 mm O.D ( 5/8 ") Copper Tubes and aluminium fins.All Coils are tested at 21 KG. / Sq. Cm. ( 300 psiG ) pneumatic presure submerged under water for perfect leak testing.
Products :
1)The Coils are manufactured from the finest quality of Copper Tubes. (2)Aluminium fins used, have full drawn collars. (3)The fins have sigma pattern and corrugation on the edges. (4)Copper Tubes are hydraulically expanded within fin collars to form permanent tube to fin bond. (5)The tubes are arranged in staggered position for maximum heat transfer. Chilled Water Coils are provided with heavy duty m. S. Pipe headers while DX Evap. Coils are provided with brass distributors. The end plates used are manufactured from 16 g . G.I . Sheets.
